Annawan Township is one of twenty-four townships in Henry County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,112 and it contained 515 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.5 square miles (95 km2), of which 36.3 square miles (94 km2) (or 99.45%) is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2) (or 0.55%) is water.[2]
