"It looks as though only Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic will remain normal and free within a few years, if they maintain their unity," says Andrej Babiš, the Czech Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister and one of the most powerful oligarchs in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia, on Twitter in response to the fact that the EU has voted to accept the refugee quotas.
